Chateau Pape Clement 2010
Grand Cru Classe
Chateau Pape Clement has a long and interesting history in Bordeaux. The first recorded grape harvest took place in 1252. Their closest neighbor is Chateau Haut Brion. Even though Pape Clement is closer to the city of Bordeaux, which might make you think they have a warmer microclimate, that is not the case as the grapes here are usually harvested several days to a week after Haut Brion.
