The vineyards of Kloster Eberbach slope gently down from the Taunus ridge to the Rhine. A bright gold in the glass. Aromas of peach, dried apricot, passion fruit, and kiwi appear on the nose. On the palate, it offers a racy minerality and a refreshing interplay of sweetness and acidity. Very compelling!
