Gustave Lorentz Evidence, Gewurztraminer, 2023
This powerful white wine from France is vinified from the Gewürztraminer grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are promptly brought to the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels.
